Sandbag acts as the agent to those who provide events, such as venues, promoters, artist representatives and fan clubs, ('Event Providers'). When you purchase a ticket for an event Sandbag will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Event Provider. Admission to an event is at all times subject to any terms, conditions or rules of the Promoter and the venue operator. You must also adhere to the Promoter or venue operator’s specific terms of entry and protocols surrounding Covid-19 – this could be, but is not limited to, an obligation to provide negative lateral flow tests or provide vaccination certificates. If you do not comply with any Promoter or venue terms, conditions or rules then the Promoter or venue operator may refuse admission or require you or other ticket holders to leave the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund. Ticket prices shown may include venue fees, local transportation fees and/or local ticket printing/handling charges. Please be aware, your bank/credit card company may charge additional currency conversion or Foreign Transaction fees. Sandbag are not responsible for these fees. If more than the maximum number of tickets allowed per show are ordered in separate transactions Sandbag reserve the right to cancel orders and refund money. Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date. No name or address changes may be made once your order is completed. In the case of will call / box office collection, only the person whose name is on the order will be able to collect the tickets (not the person named on the credit card used), no changes can be made after purchase. Seat allocations are given in good faith however Sandbag reserve the right to make alterations if required. Sandbag is unable to honour ticket sales where orders are not completed due to technical failure or any other reason. In most cases, duplicate tickets will not be issued to replace those delivered but subsequently lost. Sandbag will endeavour to secure entry for those that have lost tickets but is unable to guarantee this. Tickets will be dispatched approximately TWO WEEKS prior to the show date, unless stated as 'WILL CALL/BOX OFFICE COLLECTION/DOOR LIST'. If your tickets are 'WILL CALL/BOX OFFICE COLLECTION/DOOR LIST', they will not be posted and you will need to collect them at the venue on the day of the show. If your order confirmation e-mail states 'PRINT AT HOME' tickets then please click the link and print them out. You will need to take your printed tickets and ID to the venue to gain entry to the show. Sandbag will strive to ensure tickets are posted in time for the show, we do however reserve the right to refund postal charges and hold tickets for venue collection if we believe tickets may get lost or delayed in the post for whatever reason. If tickets are lost in the post (and a registered mail service was used for delivery) Sandbag will try to arrange for duplicates to be collected from the venue by the customer. However, this may not be possible. Any customers who have opted for the non registered mail service will not be able to track their delivery. If these tickets are lost, damaged or delayed in the post Sandbag WILL NOT be able to reissue or refund. Right to admission is reserved by the promoter and event venue. We would advise that you arrive as early as possible on the night of the show as it may take some time to security check all customers. In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Sandbag accept no liability for any consequential loss incurred due to cancellation or postponement of concerts.
